Gain the skills and knowledge to keep your calm when an emergency situation calls for it. Our bespoke Baby & Child first aid classes are suitable for all members of the family as well as our Paediatric classes for those who work closely with children.

Company and onsite training available throughout Ireland. Discounts available for group bookings..

Our Covid-19 operating policy:

This training is available online and is fully instructor led. Classroom training is also available and full PPE will be supplied as necessary. Packages available vary.

€20-€35 per person Baby & Child First Aid - Options include Paediatric First Aid book and certificate of attendance

€60-€100 per person Paediatric First Aid - 4 hour online class or full day to include Cardiac First Response certification, Paediatric Handbook and certificate of attendance

Role and responsibilities of a First Aider
Contacting emergency services
Infection control recommendations
CPR - infant and child
Choking
Asthma
Seizures and febrile convulsions
Hyperthermia
Anaphylaxis
Poisoning
Fainting
Rashes
Bleeds including nose bleeds and shock
Fractures and soft tissue injuries
Concussion and head wounds
Minor Burns

Duration:

4 Hour or 1 day options. Also available as a refresher course on submission of an in date certificate.

Certification:

Certificate of attainment issued to all participants. Paediatric First Aid handbook and workbook also supplied. Cardiac First Response PHECC certification available with our 1 day Paediatric class. Phoenix Safety Solutions are affiliated with Qualtec, a PHECC Recognised Institute.
