Gain the skills and knowledge to keep your calm when an emergency situation calls for it. Our bespoke Baby & Child first aid classes are suitable for all members of the family as well as our Paediatric classes for those who work closely with children.

Company and onsite training available throughout Ireland. Discounts available for group bookings.

€20-€35 per person Baby & Child First Aid - 2 hour class. Options include Paediatric First Aid book and certificate of attendance

€80 per person Paediatric First Aid - 4 hour online class, bespoke in-person options and PHECC Paediatric First Aid available.

2 hour Baby and Child Class

Certificate of attendance issued to all participants of our baby & child first aid.

Paediatric First Aid Content covered:

Role and responsibilities of a First Aider
Contacting emergency services
Infection control recommendations
CPR - infant and child
Choking
Asthma
Seizures and febrile convulsions
Hyperthermia
Anaphylaxis
Poisoning
Fainting
Rashes
Bleeds including nose bleeds and shock
Fractures and soft tissue injuries
Concussion and head wounds
Minor Burns

Duration:

4 Hour or 1 day options. This class can also be completed by doing training via eLearning modules followed by a 2 hour session with an instructor. Also available as a refresher course on submission of an in date certificate.

Certification:

Phoenix Safety Solutions certificate of attendance issued to all participants. First Aid Essentials (FAE) – Paediatric First Aid is also available. This is certified by PHECC, Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council. Phoenix Safety Solutions are affiliated with Qualtec, a PHECC Recognised Institute.
