When it comes to looking after ourselves mental health still is something that isn't discussed as much as it should or could be. 

Join us for our one day course where we help you to understand what mental health is and some of the reasons people develop mental health conditions.  Covering the content of our Level 1 qualification, we'll not only look at how to recognise and manage stress and a range of mental health condition but also provide advice and practical support for a person presenting a mental health condition. We also look at Mental Health in the workplace and how colleagues at all levels can help grow and support a positive mental health culture. 

Suitable for anyone who wants to gain experience in recognising mental health issues and how to help build a positive mental health culture in the workplace.  All attendees gain a deeper understanding of mental health for themselves, their loved ones or their staff.

Includes certification and also Mental Health First Aid Handbook.  Each attendee will receive unique login details to join on the day.

Level 1 half day and level 3 two day courses also available.
