Join us on our 4 hour course where you will gain skills in basic life support to help in a life threatening emergency such as cardiac arrest, choking, heart attack or stroke. Practice CPR with our infant, child and adult manikins and become proficient in using an AED/defibrillator. Fully instructor led, these courses are available in public venues or onsite.
