Join us while we go over the basics of Manual Handling. Not only will we look at biomechanics and why manual handling is important but also how to assess the risk in an area and maneuver an object safely.
A virtual, private practical session will be booked with each attendee in order to complete the training. This will be completed as part of the class if delivered in-person or on-site at your premise. To book each attendee will be given access to our members area to select a suitable date and time.
