Join us while we go over the basics of Manual Handling. Not only will we look at biomechanics and why manual handling is important but also how to assess the risk in an area and maneuvre an object safely.
A 20 minute practical session will be booked with each attendee in order to complete the training. This can be completed as part of the class if delivered on-site. To book each attendee will be given access to our members area to select a suitable date and time.
